Welcome to Upper Valley Mindfulness Therapy
We are therapists in private practice in Hanover and Lebanon, NH who have come together through a common commitment to integrating mindfulness and psychotherapy. Mindfulness, an age-old practice that is woven through many spiritual traditions, cultivates our natural ability to bring focused, present moment awareness to all aspects of experience. Being able to face our particular circumstances with greater clarity and equanimity can lead to healthier, more satisfying choices. Over the past three decades mindfulness practices have been increasingly integrated into mainstream psychology and are now a critical component of many empirically-validated treatments.
This website is a resource for information about mindfulness-based group classes and individual therapy in the Upper Valley. Throughout the year, new groups will be offered and new information and resources will be available, so please check back with us often.
